RECEPTION
Receipt of your products
The reception of your products is ensured according to a dedicated process. This is indeed a crucial operation to ensure the smooth running of the logistics process for your orders.
For each delivery from your suppliers to the eComLOG platform, we check your products according to a procedure defined with you in order to best meet your expectations. Once all the checks have been carried out, your goods are integrated into your dedicated stock and are immediately available to prepare your orders.
Thanks to our eComLOG information system, you have a follow-up of the receipts of your suppliers from docking to the final validation of each reception and including feedback on any quantitative or qualitative deviations.
- Identification: all products are controlled according to the process validated together, both quantitatively and qualitatively
- Packaging: if necessary your products are repackaged in suitable packaging and agreed together
- Labeling: if necessary, your products are labeled with a bar code or any other important mention for you
- Putting into stock: your products are integrated into your dedicated stock on barcode locations and controlled by computer
- Follow-up: at each stage of reception, you are notified in order to have real-time information: docking, deviations, validation
STORAGE
Storage of your products
Because we are e-merchants ourselves, we attach particular importance to the good management of your dedicated stock as well as to the integrity of your products.
All our storage locations are computerized to guarantee you a real-time view of the products available, in the process of being ordered or blocked during the preparation of an order. You can define re-supply alert thresholds and all the information about a product can be stored electronically (DLC, fragile, bulky, dimensions, weight, comments ...)
Our eComLOG information system gives you full control and complete visibility over your stock of products as if it were on your premises!
You control all reception and storage operations remotely: you are informed, you have all the documents, we carry out all the control operations you need.
